EEBD HOOD
The EEBD Hood is a critical component of the Emergency Escape Breathing Device, designed to protect the user’s head, face, and respiratory system during emergency escape situations. This high-visibility hood ensures airtight sealing and thermal protection, allowing safe evacuation from smoke-filled or toxic environments typically encountered on ships, in confined spaces, or industrial facilities.
Made from flame-retardant, heat-resistant materials, the hood fits securely over the head and integrates seamlessly with the EEBD mouthpiece, nose clip, and air supply hose. Its large visor ensures unobstructed vision, while the elastic or drawstring neck seal prevents the ingress of smoke and harmful gases.
